What is the Most Popular Ice Cream?

What's your flavor? In the U.S. the top flavor is chocolate.

A Harris Poll of adults in the U.S. found that the most popular flavor is chocolate. In a close second place was vanilla. Rounding out the top three was cookie flavored ice cream, the various dough and cream concoctions.

More then half of us eat our ice cream in a dish and nearly as many like hot fudge on that ice cream. To break it down even more:

"Different groups have their different favorite flavors. For example, three in ten Easterners (31%) and Midwesterners (32%) say chocolate is their favorite while three in ten Southerners (30%) prefer vanilla. Westerners have a close race for top flavor with 22% saying vanilla, 21% saying chocolate and 19% saying cookie dough/cookies and cream and rocky road."

Here is the top ten, but there seems to be a lack of "Tracks" related ice cream.
