Walgreens in Sioux Falls Robbed

A man demanding pills robbed the Walgreens at 41st and Louise in Sioux Falls Saturday night (July 9) just after 6:00 PM.

The suspect described as a Hispanic man wearing a hoodie entered the store, walked to the pharmacy at the back of the store, and showed a handgun while demanding pills and syringes.

No injuries were reported and Sioux Falls Police continue to investigate.

Police provided more details on the suspect's description:

The investigation revealed a Hispanic male, approximately 5’8”, 150lbs, wearing black shorts, black zip up hooded sweatshirt, black baseball hat and white tennis shoes
