Cancer sufferers dream of the day when they can stop all those harsh treatments and begin their journey to recovery. So when Ann Trachtenberg from Wisconsin joked she wanted to be escorted out of the University of Wisconsin Carbone Cancer Center by the UW Marching Band on her last chemotherapy treatment, she never thought that it would actually happen.

So her niece secretly arranged for the school's Badger Band to surprise Trachtenberg outside the hospital. She was moved to tears by the band's playing of the school fight song.
