It sounds cheesy but it's absolutely true.

Happy Thanksgiving! The big day has finally arrived and it's gonna be filled with such wonderful, loving chaos. I can't wait.

I pray your family is together today soaking up quality time with one another. I pray that your home is so filled with love, joy, and laughter that the walls can't contain it. I pray that you smile so hard and for so long that your cheeks starts to hurt.

Oh, and that you eat until your heart is content.

Calories don't count on Thanksgiving.

I want to share my gratitude for you today. I'm actually filled with gratitude for you every single day, but I want to share it on this day of thankfulness.

Truth be told, I don't get to do this job without you. Let's just get that straight. But also, you make this job what it is. I genuinely look forward to every single day that I get to spend time with you. Although I can't see you, I can feel you. I know you're with me. And even though I can't hear you respond to anything I say, it still feels like you're right here in the studio.

And boy, I have needed that.

I lost my mom earlier this year. These months have been sad and frustrating and lonely and... all the things. But I can honestly say it's been such an escape and a relief to be able to spend time with you each day. I feel so good being in the studio which tells me two things. One, God has me where I am supposed to be. And two, you are such a big joyful part of my life.

I count you as a blessing.

It's been a rough year on all of us. These days are not easy days and I pray daily for a better tomorrow. My heart goes out to you if you are hurting or struggling in any way. We pride ourselves on being here for you. And I pray for you each morning before walking into the studio.

So today, I raise a glass to you. Thank you for being you.
