The guys in The Wanted announced yesterday that they would be parting ways after their tour wraps.

The group formed in 2009 and is managed by the same guy that manages Justin Bieber, Scooter Braun.

Scooter put out a statement saying, "This tour will be their last for a while as Tom, Max, Jay, Siva and Nathan have collectively decided to take time to pursue personal endeavours following the tour's conclusion."

Their now farewell tour will end in April.

The statement went on, "The band wants to stress to their fans that they will continue on as The Wanted and look forward to many successful projects together in the future.  They thank their fans for their continued love and support and look forward to seeing them on tour."

As a veteran lover of boybands, this is all the same song and dance they all say when they break up.  They try to make you believe the group will one day reunite for an album and tour, but what they don't tell you is that that will probably take 20 years.

Am I right New Kids fans? or 98 Degrees fans? And the devout NSync fans got a brief reunion at the VMA's but there is no 'getting back together' in the cards.

So I say to the fans of The Wanted, don't hold your breath for a reunion, but we are 'Glad You Came.'

I'm sorry for the cheesiness, but I couldn't resist.
