The Only Horror Movie You Need for Halloween- ‘You’re Next’

I love a good horror movie. But, I've seen so many that I get a little jaded and board nowadays. Cabin in the Woods was a nice funny twist on the genre, but I've been looking for a genuinely scary horror movie for a while. That is what You're Next is.

I found out about this movie when I heard the writer Simon Barrett on the Nerdist Writers Panel podcast. I really enjoyed how he talked about writing horror movies. So I searched out You're Next and found it spectacular.

I can't talk too much about the movie without spoiling it, so I'll just say two broad things that I like about the film: no supernatural stuff and believable scenarios. Watch the trailer below, then watch the movie tonight, if you dare (really though, it's pretty intense be warned). It's on Netflix.
