Chad Johnson or Chad Ochocinco or whatever his name is was recently in court to deal with his probation after domestic violence allegations from ex-girlfriend, Evelyn Lozada.

However, Chad, got a little fresh with his lawyer causing the courtroom to giggle.  This laughter was not OK with the judge.  She didn't think Johnson was taking his legal trouble serious enough so she had him arrested on the spot and taken to jail for 30 days.
