Paul Rudd played Dan Charles, One Direction's No. 1 fan, on last night's (Dec. 7) episode of 'SNL.' Charles, who is married with kids, didn't just fangirl over 1D. He fanadulted!
During his opening monologue for his third turn (Dec. 7) as host of 'SNL,' the always brilliant Paul Rudd joked that during his prior hosting stints, he was upstaged by his musical guests, which were Beyonce and Paul McCartney. One Direction joined hilarious comedic actor Paul Rudd for a fresh batch of promos for their stint as musical guests and host, respectively, of this week's 'SNL' (airing on Dec. 7). They boys were decidedly unimpressed by the 'Anchorman' star, who is on his third turn as host.
Following a less-than-stellar outing with 'The Hunger Games: Catching Fire' star Josh Hutcherson and a holiday break, 'SNL' will return this weekend with its first of three major December installments. This time out, the sketch comedy show will return 'Anchorman' star Paul Rudd to the stage for his third hosting duty and his first alongside UK sensation One Direction.
One Direction's latest video shows their more sentimental side.
