Statewide Alert Issued For Missing Minnesota Teenager

Forest Lake, MN (KROC-AM News) - The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension has issued a statewide missing person alert for a 14-year-old girl.
The Forest Lake Police Department is requesting the public's help in locating Desiray Kappes. The teenager was last seen leaving her home on a bike around 8:30 AM last Friday.
She is described as white, around 5 foot 6, 125 pounds, with dark brown hair and brown eyes. At this point, Forest Lake Police have not provided a description of her clothing.
Anyone who has seen Desiray or has information about her whereabouts is asked to call 911 or the Forest Lake Police Department at 651-439-9381.
