1 Dead After Eastside Sioux Falls Accident

Friday afternoon the Sioux Falls police department reported that a man had died after an accident on East 26th in Sioux Salls.

It was nearly 12:30 PM Friday when a 2005 Ford F-350 that was driving eastbound on 26th Street crossed into the westbound traffic and then hit a pole and tree. The accident happened near Village Square Circle on 26th Street.

The injured driver was taken to a hostile where he died.

SFPD is investigating what caused the accident and working to identify the diver.
