Now You Can Apply for a South Dakota Pardon Online

Banking, shopping, renewing your diver's licence; all thing you can do online. Now you can apply for a pardon too.

yep, South Dakota is introducing the first in the nation paperless pardon process. Meaning, if you are seeking clemency from the state of South Dakota you can now apply online. You can even use your phone.

The website is doc.sd.gov/pardon. Governor Dennis Daugaard's Office says the site is a guided process that will help people find out if they're eligible and submit an application online.
