Not the Good Kind of Banana Split

I love bananas. I have at least two every day. Ask Andy. I have one every morning! They are tasty and travel well.

But this morning, I went to peel my banana and I found this.

What the heck? My banana is starting to peel itself. Is that bad?

I mean, I ate it anyway and I'm still alive so maybe it's not so bad.

However, a little googling and I discovered this can happen to bananas when it is humid and it has definitely been humid the last couple days.

It's been so hot even our fruits want to take off all their clothes!
