UPDATE: Matchbox Twenty At Denny Sanford Premier Center Rescheduled

UPDATE: I told you I would keep you posted and I keep my promises! The new date for Matchbox Twenty at the DenSanPremCen will be September 8, 2021. According to the band and the Premier Center Facebook pages, if you previously bought a ticket, it will be honored. If you can't make the new date, a refund will be given. Official details will be e-mailed to ticket holders.

It was just a matter of time. With so many tours being canceled or postponed already, we were all just waiting to hear from Matchbox Twenty. They were scheduled to be in Sioux Falls at the Denny Sanford Premier Center in September.

The band posted on all of their social media, the following message:

We were really looking forward to seeing everyone this summer but we must put everyone’s safety first. So, sadly, we will be rescheduling all North American dates until next year.

We’ll be announcing 2021 dates as soon as possible.

Please stay safe and healthy and we look forward to seeing you in 2021.

Again, I kind of had a feeling this was coming, but it's still a bummer. But, hold on to those tickets because it's not canceled. There is still hope. It is just postponed. Silver linings, I suppose.

The new official dates have not been released yet, but I'm personally invested in this issue so I will definitely keep you posted.

In the meantime, let's just listen to a few of our favorite Matchbox Twenty jams!
