Check out a book and see the light. That's what the Lawrence, Kansas public library is offering. Patrons will find light therapy in the library's auditorium.

The special lights are designed to replicate effects of sunshine. The hope is it'll help ease symptoms of seasonal depression (SAD)

According to the Lawrence Journal-World, "Book lovers will find plenty to read and comfortable chairs as they soak up the simulated sunshine."
