Lady Gaga to Star in Documentary About Her Life
Forget the remake of ‘Gypsy.’ Lady Gaga has confirmed that she will star in a different film: a documentary about her life. Her longtime photographer and Pop Water cohort Terry Richardson will lens the film, which is a doc, as opposed to a concert film similar to the ones made by pop peers like Katy Perry and Justin Bieber.
Gaga shared the good news on Twitter on Christmas Day and this nugget of information was like a Christmas present for little monsters. Last year, she gifted fans with a song. This year, she shares that a film documenting the process of making ‘ARTPOP’ is on deck.
She tweeted:
Merry Christmas little monsters! Terry Richardson @terry_world is making a #LadyGagaMOVIE documenting my life, the creation of ARTPOP + you!

She then posted:

Uh, you’re damn right it gets us excited! This is certainly something to look forward to and if there is anyone who can capture Gaga in real time and effectively, showing us all angles and degrees of the Mother Monster, it’s Richardson. He routinely shares photos of her from the road and while on tour, and was also her photog for her coffee table photo book, which dropped last year.
