2026 Burger Battle: Blarney Stone [REVIEW]

The 2026 Burger Battle continues in Downtown Sioux Falls through the end of January, and for the 13th annual event, your choices are more plentiful than ever. This year, there are 50 different burgers to choose from, shattering last year's record of 39 entries.

Your involvement is pretty simple:

• Show up hungry
• Eat

• Find the burger in the app and rank it in five categories (Remember to enter the verification code provided to you by the restaurant)

This year's offering from Blarney Stone is the 'Shepherd's Pie Burger'.

Here's the official description:

A 1/8” fine ground 7 oz. Fire River Farms Burger Patty placed on a freshly oven-baked Swiss Cheese crisp on top of a Garlic Butter toasted, Caramelized-Onion Bun. Topped with Champ Potatoes, and a medley of Carrots, Peas, Corn, Onions, Garlic & Bacon. Finished with Fried Onion Strings and fresh chopped Green Onions.
