New South Dakota Dairy Queen Giving Back to Local Charity
The newest Dairy Queen in South Dakota opened its doors this week and they aren't wasting anytime giving back to the community.
Monday (October 21) was opening day at the Dairy Queen Grill and Chill on North Cliff Avenue in Harrisburg.
Wednesday (October 23), the new restaurant is hosting a special fundraiser for Sanford Children's Hospital, donating $1 from every Blizzard sold to support the hospital’s essential care and healing.
Dairy Queen has a long-standing partnership with Children's Miracle Network hospitals, like Sanford Children's. The money raised from Blizzard sales in Harrisburg will stay in the area and help provide some of the same services funded by your donations to our annual Cure Kids Cancer Radiothon.
