The man who brought Walter, Peanut, José Jalapeño on a Stick, Bubba J, and Achmed the Dead Terrorist into our lives is bringing all of those old friends, and some new ones, when he comes back to Sioux Falls.

Legendary comedy ventriloquist Jeff Dunham is bringing his Still Not Canceled Tour to the Denny Sanford Premier Center, Wednesday, September 20 at 7:00 PM.

The Sioux Falls show will kick off the second leg of the tour, which starts July 14 in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Dunham first began performing as a teenager in his native Texas and by the time he was enrolled as a student at Baylor University, he was doing up to 100 shows a year.

In the late 1980s, he moved to Los Angeles and got his first big break after appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson in April of 1990.

In 1998, he was voted Funniest Male Standup at the American Comedy Awards.

His first solo appearance on Comedy Central came in July 2003.

Since then, he has received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame as well as a spot in the Guinness Book of World Records for 'Most Tickets Sold For a Stand-up Comedy Tour'.

His latest Comedy Central Special, Me the People, premiered last November.

One of his newest 'partners' on his ninth tour is Url.

Tickets are $60.50 (plus taxes and fees) and go on sale Monday, June 12 at 10:00 AM.
