Sioux Falls Police Offering FREE Reflective Strips For Halloween
Stay Safe and Seen This Halloween with Free Reflective Strips from the Sioux Falls Police Department.
Halloween is this week, and the Sioux Falls Police Department wants to make sure trick-or-treaters stay visible and safe as they enjoy the festivities.
They're offering free reflective strips to help keep kids, pets, and cyclists safer during those darker evening hours.
Whether you're planning the perfect costume, taking your dog along for the neighborhood rounds, or biking to Halloween parties, these reflective strips are an easy way to boost visibility.
They can be attached to jackets, costumes, bike frames, pet vests, and more, anywhere you need that extra glow when car headlights sweep by.
The strips are completely free and available at the Law Enforcement Center's front desk, located at 320 W. 4th Street.
The front desk is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., making it convenient for families to stop by before the big night.
Don't wait until the last minute; supplies are available now, so you can prep costumes and gear ahead of time. I
t's a small step that makes a big difference in keeping everyone safe while they enjoy the Halloween fun.
This initiative reflects the Sioux Falls Police Department's ongoing commitment to community safety.
Stop by, grab your free reflective strips, and have a happy, safe Halloween!
