Two Shows, One Wild Night: Rocky Horror Comes to Sioux Falls

Get ready to do the Time Warp again! Tickets are officially on sale for a special Rocky Horror Picture Show singing shadowcast!

The Rocky Horror Picture Show singing shadowcast is coming to the State Theatre in Sioux Falls this Halloween season.

The cult classic will take over the theater on Saturday, October 24, with not one, but two chances to experience the madness.

The first performance gets underway at 8:00 p.m., while those looking for a true late-night Halloween experience can stick around for the 11:59 p.m. midnight show.

If you've never experienced a Rocky Horror Picture Show shadowcast, you're in for something much different than a traditional movie screening.

A shadowcast features performers acting out the movie's scenes live in front of the screen while the film plays, creating an interactive and energetic experience.

And, of course, Rocky Horror is famous for audience participation. Expect plenty of singing, dancing, costumes, and the kind of wonderfully strange behavior that has made the movie a Halloween and midnight-movie tradition for decades.

Whether you're a longtime fan who knows every word to "Time Warp" or someone who has always wondered what all the Rocky Horror fuss is about, this could be the perfect opportunity to experience it on the big screen with a live cast.

When: Saturday, October 24
