A South Dakota thrift store recently stumbled upon what appears to be a precious family heirloom. The store is not sure if someone meant to drop it off or if this was placed in a box to donate by accident.

The Winner Thrift Store located in Winner, South Dakota needs your help finding the family who owns this priceless necklace. The treasured item is a locket necklace with two pictures inside. The couple pictured in the locket could be a South Dakota family's parents, grandparents, or even great-grandparents.

The Winner Thrift Store even created a Facebook post in the hopes of finding its rightful owner.

South Dakota has been investigating all the possibilities on the Facebook post. At the time of this article, the Facebook post from the Winner Thrift Store has been shared on the internet over 300 times. Some have even shared the picture with friends thinking it could be someone in their family.
