Lost Chicken Wanders Into Iowa Buffalo Wild Wings – Yes, Really

A lost chicken found itself in possibly the worst possible place.

UPI reports that in Des Moines, Iowa, a random chicken wandered into a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant.

Animal Rescue Shares the Viral Chicken Encounter

The Animal Rescue League of Iowa shared a picture of the hen in front of the restaurant's doors, like it was waiting for its chance to get in.

The Hen Is Safe - But the Internet’s Not Done Laughing

No word on why the chicken was there. Maybe going to a chicken wing place is like going to a haunted for for chickens. They walk around and get scared when they see a freezer full of frozen wings.

Or maybe it was a weird chicken freak who likes to taste wing sauce. It dips its beak into some Parmesan Garlic and brags to all its chicken friends about how edgy it is.

Or maybe it was just drunk.

Regardless, the bird was scooped up by animal control. "She’s now safe and receiving the care she needs," the Animal Rescue League of Iowa said on social media.
