Indoor Football League Expands to Minnesota
The Sioux Falls Storm are getting new neighbors in the Indoor Football League.
A Wednesday press conference is planned in Bemidji, Minnesota to announce the city’s first ever professional sports franchise.
The yet-to-be-named team will become the 10th team in the IFL, which begins the 14-game 2014 schedule in February.
The team will call the 6,500 seat Sanford Center home and will give fans a chance to name the team in a contest this fall.
