Freak Storm Makes Town Look Like Winter In Summer [VIDEO]

A storm dumped two feet of hail on Santa Rosa, NM on July 3rd. The storm made it look more like January than July. They even had to break out the plows to clear the roads. here's a report from Albuquerque's KOB-TV:
