Valentine's day is all about love, and even though Eddie Money is a rocker at heart, he's a big softie too.

Love's biggest day will find the music veteran on stage at Grand Falls Casino in Larchwood for an 8:00 PM show Saturday night, where he will, no doubt, be serenading the crowd with some of his best known love songs ("Think I'm In Love", "Baby Hold On", and "Two Tickets to Paradise").

I visited with Eddie this week and asked him about his favorite love songs:

Eddie has seen a little bit of everything in his more than 45 years of making music.

He followed family tradition and became a New York City police officer in the mid-1960's, but by 1968 the newly emerging music scene of the San Francisco Bay Area wrestled Eddie away from his native Big Apple, where he found his voice, and his calling.

Eddie told me about his decision to move West, as well as being a musician during the MTV days and today's digital age:

Eddie has experienced so many highs and lows in his career, he decided to put his music, and life experiences, into his very own stage production, "Two Tickets to Paradise - The Musical".

He told me he never hesitated to include his struggles with drugs and alcohol in the show, because it was an important part of his story:

So after more than 45 years in music, with 11 Top 40 hits spanning three different decades, and a pair of Top Ten songs ("Take Me Home Tonight", "Walk on Water"), what is the definition of success to the "Money Man"?
