Cory Monteith Cause of Death Confirmed [VIDEO]

The British Columbia Coroners Service has released a video statement with the official cause of death for Cory Monteith.

The official cause of death is "mixed drug toxicity, involving heroin and alcohol."  The coroner did make sure to mention that this did not look like a suicide but, "a sad and tragic accident."
