This past week America lost another icon. Burt Reynolds died on September 6, 2018, from an apparent heart attack. Reynolds dealt with heart problems for years -- he underwent major heart surgery in February 2010. He is known for numerous films including Smokey and the Bandit, Boogie Nights, The Longest Yard and one of my personal favorites, Cannonball Run.

Above is a clip from Cannonball Run 1 & 2 of all the funny outtakes from the film. The clip includes scenes with some of Hollywood's elite actors and actresses including Roger Moore, Farrah Fawcett, Dom DeLuise, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr. and even Pittsburgh Steelers hall of fame quarterback Terry Bradshaw.

Word has it that back in June action specialist Doug Liman is in early negotiations to direct a remake of "Cannonball Run" for Warner Bros.
