Man Arrested for Urinating in Convenience Store

A California man chose the wrong place to relieve himself Tuesday night, and his choice got him arrested by Sioux Falls Police.

Lieutenant Matt Burns says police were called around 8:35 p.m. to the Kum & Go at 501 North Minnesota Avenue, just west of the Law Enforcement Center, where a man was relieving himself in the store:

Burns says 53-year-old Anthony Edward Varella of Los Angeles, California was arrested and charged with public indecency, disorderly conduct and third-degree intentional damage to property. He says Varella had been drinking at the time of the incident.
