Just two weeks after debuting the artful music video for "Fake Love," the lead single off their history-making third studio album, Love Yourself: Tear, BTS delivered a special treat for ARMYs on Friday (June 1) when they unveiled the extended version of their music video — along with a slightly revamped, rock-inspired production.

The extended music video, which includes just under a minute of bonus footage featured primarily during a new intro and outro, features a shimmering rock remix that lends an additional emotional punch to the track.

Perhaps the most intriguing addition, however, is the video's mysterious new outro, which finds Jungkook donning a black cape and an ornate Venetian mask as he joins seven other hooded figures in a courtyard.

The original "Fake Love" music video was released May 18. To date, it has racked up more than 123 million views.

Love Yourself: Tear made history last month when it became the first album from a South Korean act to hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 200 chart.
