The Internet is full of garbage. Hate and venomous comments are thrown around with no regard for fellow human beings. That's why I love it when someone puts something up that everyone, except those who are dead inside, will smile at.

This photo of a little boy with Down Syndrome celebrating the end of his chemo was posted on Reddit by user Kjr567. His name is unknown, I couldn't figure out his age or where he lived, but I don't care. He made me smile.
