Blizzards for Breakfast! It's Miracle Treat Day

Andy and I have been doing the morning show from Dairy Queen for Miracle Treat Day for as long as I've been part of the show!

Miracle Treat Day happens every year around this time. $1 or more from every Blizzard sold goes to Children's Miracle Network. You can also buy Blizzard coupons so you can celebrate Miracle Treat Day anytime! The money stays local, so that means Sanford Children's gets funds they need. For example, families get help with meals, mileage, and lodging. Also, money gets put towards a Summer camp for kids with cancer called Camp Bring it On, just to name a few.

Dairy Queens all over the listening area participate and even have extra stuff going on like balloon animals, bouncy houses, and face painting.

It is one of the most fun days for the morning show.

We do the whole show live from their patio and get to hang out with some miracle kids and talk with listeners.

This morning, our friends Jeren and Jaxon Scheff hung out with us. They got to be on the radio and on TV! Last year those two gave me a run for my money in the bouncy house. Luckily, this year other kids showed up so they didn't want me in there as much. Phew.
