Women definitely don't wear makeup for men. Here's proof.

The "labor makeup" trend continues to rise, as expectant moms are going full glam in the delivery room mere hours and minutes before their child arrives.

As expected with anything on the internet, there are divided opinions.

Full glam, including hair, is more common in delivery rooms these days. Reality stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt (in the TikTok above) had a full glam squad in their labor room last year for the arrival of their son.

Celebrities aren't the only ones who are taking part in this trend though. The only difference is the glam squad...normal moms do it themselves.

In the comments of the TikTok above, the creator of the video says she was 8.5 centimeters dilated when she did her glam. Cutting it close, queen!

Many are so on board with the glam makeup during labor, in fact, most of the comments on these videos. Why not? For me, personally, putting on makeup makes me feel confident. I think giving birth to a whole human requires the most confidence in yourself.

On the other hand, there are those that think it's not really necessary. It should be the last thing you should be worried about. You're supposed to be a mess because you just spent hours pushing out a child. It's realistic without makeup.

Listen. Do whatever you want to do while you're performing one of the strongest and most life-changing things in the world. If you want to look glam, look glam. If you want to be natural, do it.

Your face. Your body. Your labor. Your time.
