Queen Bey is coming back to Minnesota! Beyoncé has announced her latest world tour called, appropriately, the Renaissance World Tour. She'll start touring this spring but won't be in the US until this summer. And yes, she'll be stopping in Minnesota!

I would really like to go to one of her shows. Just based off of videos I've seen of her performing on stage and in music videos, I think she'd put on an awesome show. I'm a big fan of her choreography so it'd be super cool to see it in action right in front of me.

Beyoncé Renaissance World Tour

The tour was just announced today and it'll begin in May in Sweden. Her tour will continue around Europe until July. That's when she makes the jump back across the pond for the North American leg of the tour. That portion will begin in Ontario on July 8th.

As for the show in our neck of the woods, she doesn't have tour stops for any of our neighboring states, so for the Beyoncé fans in Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota, it sounds like you'll be making the trip to the Twin Cities to see her. She'll perform at Huntington Bank Stadium on July 20th. The next closest stop is in Chicago on July 22nd.

How Are Tickets Going to Work?

Tickets to Beyonce's tour will be sold through Ticketmaster's 'Verified Fan'... which is how Taylor Swift's tickets were sold and we all know how that went so this should be interesting. Tickets aren't on sale yet but you do need to register in advance to even have a chance to get tickets.

If you're interested in getting tickets to the Minneapolis show, you'll need to register by 11:59 PM ET on Thursday, February 9th. Registration doesn't guarantee tickets. Good luck!
