Accidents Up, Arrests Down at Sturgis 2017
The final numbers are in from the South Dakota Highway Patrol for the 2017 Sturgis Rally.
Overall, citations, DUIs and drug arrests were down from 2016. But, accident numbers were up. There were eight fatal accidents in 2017, compared to three in 2016.
The numbers were compiled from Saturday, August 5, 2017 to Sunday August 13, 2017.
