A Live Action ‘Mulan’ is on the Way. Hopefully ‘Lilo and Stitch’ Is Next!

The Disney live-action remake train is moving ahead at full speed. The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that Disney just bought a script for a live-action version of the 1998 movie Mulan.

THR says that the script from Elizabeth Martin and Lauren Hynek centers on the Chinese legend of Hua Mulan, the female warrior who was the main character in the animated movie.

No word yet on casting or production dates.

Live-action Mulan will be phenomenal, and you know what else would be a great live-action remake? Lilo and Stitch! If they can make Rocket Racoon in Guardians of the Galaxy, they could make an awesome Stitch.
