I know some people have been working from home for a few weeks now and some people work from home all the time.

For me, this is the first time in my life that I've worked from home. I know it's only been three days, but these are the things that I've realized so far.

I have more dishes. I'm using more coffee mugs and bowls for breakfast. Plus, I'm just home more in general so I'm cooking more. Giving that dishwasher a workout.

On the flip side, less laundry. I've worn the same sweatpants for three days. (Don't judge me.) I am changing the undies though, just in case you were wondering. I'm not an animal.

I'm not brushing my teeth until later. Usually, I would brush my teeth before I leave the house, but I'm not leaving the house so when do I brush my teeth? Since I have a little more time in the morning, I'm making breakfast and coffee right away so I wait to brush my teeth. So far, I am getting them brushed before noon. Better late than never.

Again, I know it's only been three days, but I've kept my snacks and mealtimes the same as before. I'm trying not to put on The Quarantine 30. So far so good.

One definite perk of working from home was not having to worry about the weather on the drive to work. This morning I hear it was icy and cold. Didn't look fun out my window.

This isn't necessarily because I'm working from home, but with my extra time, I reorganized my bookshelf. Go me! I don't have a before picture, but trust me, this is an improvement.
