10 Things You Shouldn’t Own After Age 30
I gotta tell ya I don't own much stuff from when I was single. Of course I didn't own much when I was single.
But now that I'm in my extremely late 30's, with a sense of nostalgia, I kinda miss some of my old treasures. Like that really nice bean bag chair.
According to the Stuff website, that cool chair is one of the things I should have lost years ago. Of course I did. Right after I said 'I Do'.
Here are the 10 Things You Shouldn't Own After Age 30:
- Unframed posters.
- Trophies from high school.
- Too much IKEA furniture. One or two things is okay, but not your entire place.
- A collection of shot glasses.
- A lava lamp.
- A huge shelf full of DVDs. And the same goes for CDs.
- Picture frames with inspirational messages on them, like "Live, love, laugh."
- A beanbag chair.
- Glow-in-the-dark stars that go on your ceiling, unless they're in your kid's bedroom.
- Fake plants. By the time you're 30, you should be able to keep a REAL plant alive.
Do you still have any of these things?
