Throwback Thursday: ‘Crazy For This Girl’ by Evan and Jaron (2000)

Evan and Jaron was a pop/rock duo made up of identical twin brothers. "Crazy For This Girl" was off of their second studio album cleverly titled, Evan and Jaron.

"Crazy For This Girl" is Evan and Jaron's most successful song. According to Wikipedia, "It peaked at number 15 on the US Billboard Hot 100, and number 9 on the Pop Songs chart."

The song was also part of the Dawson's Creek soundtrack. There are two versions of the music video. One with clips from Dawson's Creek and one without. The video stars Daphne Zuniga from Melrose Place fame.

Since the year 2000, Evan and Jaron have gone their separate ways professionally.

Jaron released some solo music under the name Jaron and the Long Road to Love in 2009. His single, "Pray For You" was one of those snarky, kiss off, break up songs. It had a bit more of a country feel to it.

Evan took a more behind the scenes approach. He started the company StageIt and is now a talent manager.
