Justin Bieber was about to have a moment at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards last night (May 19) when he accepted the impressive Milestone Award at the tender age of 19 -- but his acceptance of the coveted honor was marred by a chorus of boos and screams, the latter from his dedicated corps of Beliebers.
2013 Billboard Music Awards – Worst Dressed
The 2013 Billboard Music Awards hit Las Vegas Sunday night (May 19) and we're thrilled to report that there were only a scant few clunkers in the worst dressed department. Fashion-wise, there were more good looks than bad ones, as the event was a mixed bag of classy gowns and party frocks, and some strange takes on pantsuits.
Without further ado, these were the most questionable and "WTF?" looks of the night.

The Billboard Music Awards swarmed Las Vegas on Sunday night (May 19), and due to the not-exactly-formal nature of the event, the red carpet ensembles were a mix of couture gowns and more casual, low-key frocks.
