Amazing Video Mashups of Old Movies and Modern Songs

YouTube continues to yield super cool stuff. Last night I was poking around and found out that there is a trend of mashing up clips of dancing in old movies with modern songs.

When the editing is done well, it creates a great experience with some magical surprises.

Like this one with Golden Age movie starts dancing to "Uptown Funk." The creator says that there was no speeding up or slowing down of the clips to match the song.

In this one there are 66 movie scenes put together with Justin Timberlake's :Can't Stop this Feeling."

This one is Fred Astaire's dancing from the 1956 movie Blue Skies paired with "Smooth Criminal."
