Back-to-school time means Project S.O.S needs our help.

If you're planning to "tidy up" your pantry, we have a way for you to recycle all of those plastic containers instead of throwing them away.

I stopped by to drop off my donation last night and was just in awe of the mountain of products that had already been donated.

In 2018, over 49,000 individually wrapped items were collected. Wouldn't be awesome if that number gets topped this year?

Students at Holy Spirit Catholic School in Sioux Falls are doing their part to help the guests at The Banquet stay warm this winter.

The Banquet has been caring for less fortunate community members since 1985. Back then, they only served one meal a week. In 2017 they served 196,000 meals, 25,000 of which were served to children under the age of 12. The need continues to grow and thankfully our citizens steadfastly support The Banquet's mission...

Almost 6,000 free backpacks distributed to kids going back to school.

The Banquet is currently raising funds toward their goal of building a permanent westside location here in Sioux Falls.

Ask any parent about the cost of school supplies and they'll tell you it really puts a dent in their budget. Project S.O.S. has been helping kids and families in need for 30 years.

There is always the struggle and balance between personal schedules, and finding time to serve, but every time I got the experiences like this leave an impact.
