The ultimate DCEU team-up is almost here, and we have some expectations. Here’s everything we’re hoping to see in ‘Justice League.’

The other day we nodded in approval at the rumor of a potential 'Supergirl' TV series to bolster both DC's presence on television and the need for more female-led superhero properties, though few details were available. Now, sources confirm the project in development under 'Arrow' producer Greg Berlanti, though the series may end up with a new title, and new take on the character altogether.

When Warner Bros. announced its Comic-Con 2014 film lineup, 'Batman vs. Superman' was not on the list, which seemed more than a bit odd at the time. Now we know it was all just a rouse to give the surprise panel more impact.

Once upon a time, Nicolas Cage almost played Superman. In a movie directed by Tim Burton. From a script by Kevin Smith. Which was based on the iconic "Death of Superman" comic book storyline. And then it all fell apart, transforming it into one of Hollywood's greatest "What if?" narratives. 'Superman Lives' may have died before making it in front of cameras, but at least the new documentary 'The Death of Superman Lives' will give us an insider's look at what went wrong.

When director Zack Snyder unveiled our first look at Ben Affleck all suited up as Batman (with his trusty Batmobile by his side) in his upcoming turn in 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice,' the photo in question sent the internet into a whirl of excitement. Unfortunately, the same can't really be said of Henry Cavill's reveal, primarily because it's not even of him as Superman, but rather his journalistic alter-ego, Clark Kent.

Admittedly, I never felt too outraged over the ending of last summer’s ‘Man of Steel.’ (Yes, there will be major spoilers ahead.) The complaints over Superman breaking the neck of his foe were certainly valid – therefore changing the very definition of the character – but it didn’t affect my enjoyment of the film. That changed after seeing ‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier.’
