We already knew that thunderstorms were likely to impact nearly all of Missouri later this week. Now, forecasters have put parts of Missouri in a risk for severe hail.
The meteorologists have just confirmed what storm chasers have been warning about for days. Missouri and Illinois are now both officially in the warned area where extensive thunderstorm development is expected later this week.

Already a lot of rain has fallen in Missouri, but more is on the way which has led the Missouri State Highway Patrol to issue stern warnings about catastrophic and potentially historic flooding over the next few days.
