Sioux Falls Police Need Help Finding New Neighborhood Burglar
Crime is nothing new to Sioux Falls, especially local robberies. Now, a new Sioux Falls burglar is on the run, and officials need your help finding him.
Late last week, the Sioux Falls Police Department released video of a man who appears to be robbing a Sioux Falls home.

Thanks to the Sioux Falls Police Department, the video is public by the department on Facebook and Twitter. The robbery took place late on Saturday, April 5th, at 11:45 PM. The hope is that someone recognizes the burglar and helps the Sioux Falls Police Department get another criminal off the streets.
The department is looking for any helpful information you might have on this burglar.
We're looking for help identifying this person that burglarized a home near 41st St and Ellis Road. If you recognize him (or his mannerisms) please call police or Crime Stoppers.
Just from looking at this video, the alleged burglar did look like something startled him. Luckily, it looks like no one was harmed.
The number to call the Sioux Falls Police Department is 605-367-7212, or you can contact the Sioux Falls Crime Stoppers line at 605-367-7007. You can also anonymously submit tips online.
This video serves as an important reminder to always stay on guard. No matter how safe a community is, it's crucial to lock all doors at all times. It's also a good idea to keep all important documents, wallets, or other personal possessions out of the car.
