UPDATE: Officials with Shenanigans Sports Bar and Grill did confirm they are opening a second location in Downtown Sioux Falls! This new spot will be located at The Cascade at Falls Park along North Phillips Avenue in Downtown Sioux Falls.

The Sioux Falls bar scene is about to shake up in a major way. A local neighborhood bar could be making the move to Downtown Sioux Falls soon...

Located on South Ellis Road across from 26th Street in Sioux Falls, Shenanigans Sports Bar and Grill is dropping hints that they might be opening a new Downtown Sioux Falls location in a former pizza eatery.

Shenanigans Sports Bar and Grill has recently been through new ownership changes after the founders (Don and Jean Rose) sold the bar after opening the beloved neighborhood spot in 1986. New owner Paul Ode took over operations around the start of the new year. The current location of Shenanigans Sports Bar and Grill is known to be "one of the longest-running sports bars in Sioux Falls."

So why are Sioux Falls residents thinking that Shenanigans Sports Bar and Grill is either opening a new location or moving? Well...there have been little hints on its Facebook page that indicate they are working on a new location.

It appears that a new Shenanigans Sports Bar and Grill could be opening inside the former Papa Woody's Wood Fire Pizza restaurant. This new spot would be located at The Cascade at Fall Park along North Phillips Avenue in Downtown Sioux Falls. Former Owner Don Rose is even teasing a new chapter for the Sioux Falls bar
