The salon known as the Drybar will be opening a location in Sioux Falls in September of 2023. It's set to debut in a storefront at 4123 West 41st Street. That’s right inside the Empire Place next to the Empire Mall.

One of my co-workers sent me a text message about how excited she was to have a Drybar coming to the Sioux Empire. I'll admit...I had no idea what she was talking about or what a Drybar even was. In my mind, I thought it was a normal hair salon. It turns out a Drybar is not only a blowout salon but also an entire beauty empire.

According to its website, Drybar embraces looking good and feeling good about yourself. This Californian-based salon motivates people to have confidence in their hair and life. At Drybar, the objective is to "focus on one thing and be the best at it. For us, that’s blowouts. With that purpose in mind, we are focused on giving each and every client the premier blowout experience while providing professional quality products and tools to better help our clients achieve and maintain the perfect blowout at home."
