You Want To Buy A House But Have No Idea Where To Start? This Is The Place.

If unlike me, you actually have a shot at buying a home sometime in your life, then you should get yourself to two classes being offered at the Caille branch of the Sioux Falls Public Library on Tuesday, March 11th and again on Saturday, March 15th.

The Lutheran Social Services Center for Financial Resources is presenting these "Homebuyer Express" sessions. Back when I was going through my debt repayment plan with LSS and thought (foolishly) that I would be able to purchase a home before I died, I went through Part 1 of the the class.

It was fun and I learned a lot, including the fact that there was not a snowball's chance in hell that I would be buying a home! But that in itself was helpful. I didn't need to spend more time in part two of the class. Hopefully your education will lead to a home purchase and you'll go into it with your eyes open and financial knowledge intact.
