Recent data shows that 95% of employees are stealing from their employer in some capacity.

According to ABC News, the things most often taken include office supplies, information, and in some professions time; like shopping online when you should be working.

Professor Richard Hollinger has spent decades researching theft in the work place.

Most of the employee theft is being perpetrated by people who are, so to speak, normal employees.  They can justify what they're doing because the company will never miss it.

It's estimated office place theft potentially costs companies $3.5 trillion worldwide each year.
