THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SIOUX FALLS HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR MIXED PRECIPITATION...WHICH IS IN EFFECT
FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO MIDNIGHT CST TUESDAY NIGHT.

* TIMING...MIXED PRECIPITATION WILL DEVELOP AFTER MIDNIGHT AND
  CONTINUE INTO TUESDAY MORNING. THE THREAT OF MIXED PRECIPITATION
  WILL TRANSITION TO SNOW TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING BEFORE
  COMING TO AN END AROUND MIDNIGHT TUESDAY NIGHT.

* ACCUMULATIONS...A TENTH TO A QUARTER OF AN INCH OF ICE WILL BE
  POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY ALONG THE BUFFALO RIDGE...WHILE 2 TO 4
  INCHES OF SNOW WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THE HIGHER AMOUNTS NORTH OF
  INTERSTATE 90.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY MEANS THAT PERIODS OF SNOW...SLEET...OR
FREEZING RAIN WILL CAUSE TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. BE PREPARED FOR
SLIPPERY ROADS AND LIMITED VISIBILITIES...AND USE CAUTION WHILE
DRIVING.
