Who is Sam Smith?

Sam Smith is a 22 year old British sing/songwriter. He was born in London, England and had some success in his home country starting in 2012.

He's been featured in a few songs including Disclosure's 'Latch' and Naughty Boy's 'La La La', but it wasn't until his solo debut album 'In the Lonely Hour' that Sam Smith has really gotten to make a name for himself.

Obviously, his single 'Stay With Me' is huge on radio and making people feel all the feels all over the world.

I was first introduced to Sam Smith when he performed on Saturday Night Live earlier last year. Being introduced to American audiences via SNL reminded me of Adele's strategic move when she then took over the world with her album '21.'
